The data controller is Yumi Labs Pte. Ltd., Singapore, UEN 202541689D. We process personal data in connection with operating the site and providing trade finance services. This policy describes the categories of data, purposes of processing, legal bases and your rights.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact data: name, email, phone, company.
• Business and deal data: invoices, counterparties, payment details.
• KYC data: copies of documents, information on beneficial owners.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited.
• Correspondence with our team.

To provide and improve the services, onboard and verify clients, process payments, prevent fraud and financial crime, meet legal and regulatory requirements, and communicate with you.

Contract performance, legal obligations, our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, product development), and consent where required.

We share data with service providers (KYC, cloud infrastructure, analytics, support), banking partners required to process payments, regulators and law enforcement on lawful request, and advisors under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes described, and longer where required by law (in particular AML requirements).

We apply technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit and at rest, access restrictions, regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, but we reduce the risk systematically.

Dash operates across jurisdictions. Personal data may be transferred to countries outside your own. Appropriate safeguards apply to such transfers, including standard contractual clauses.
